Outsourced professional business-document production

Your best people have better things to do than build documents.

Monument takes recurring business-document production off your team's plate—from rough information to finished professional output—without adding another dedicated production hire.

If skilled employees are already spending meaningful time producing documents internally, compare that cost with delegating the work.

A deliberate fit

Monument isn't for every company.

If document work is rare and consumes little internal time, you may not need us. Monument becomes useful when skilled employees regularly spend valuable hours producing business material themselves.

Strong fit whenWhy it matters
01Document work recurs every week or month.

Recurring production creates an ongoing internal workload.

02Skilled employees are producing it themselves.

The cost is tied to whose time is being used.

03The work pulls them away from core responsibilities.

Formatting and production compete with the work they were hired to do.

04You need recurring output without another dedicated production hire.

Monument gives the work somewhere else to go.

Compare the internal cost

What is document production actually costing your company?

Employee time is the clearest measurable starting point. Internal production also consumes software, coordination and management resources already paid for by the business.

Service vs. software

Another tool still needs someone to use it.

AI, templates and software can make document production faster. They still require someone to organize information, operate the tool, edit the result, manage revisions and finish the deliverable.

Monument is the service—not another tool.

How it works

Designed to work without meetings.

Everything can be handled asynchronously through the website, email, written requests and shared file links where appropriate.

01

Send the information

Send whatever relevant source material you already have—notes, files, data, research, branding, examples and instructions—and tell us what the finished deliverable needs to accomplish.

02

Monument produces

We organize, write, edit, analyze, calculate, visualize, format and design as appropriate to the assignment.

03

Review

Review the initial delivery and submit any included revision requests in writing.

04

Deliver

Receive the finished deliverable in the appropriate professional format, with editable/native source files where appropriate.

Turnaround begins when the request is production-ready: payment is complete, required source material has been received, instructions are sufficiently complete, and no material question is preventing production.

07
Pricing

Choose how much document production you want to hand off.

Start with a tightly scoped Paid Demo or reserve recurring professional production capacity. Requests measure separate finished assignments; pages/slides measure the shared monthly output pool.

Broader production capability, executive reporting, presentation support and template creation. Larger or unusually complex work receives a confirmed timeline after review.

CAPACITY IN PRACTICERequests measure separate assignments. Output capacity measures the finished production.

The page/slide pool is shared across your requests—you decide where the capacity goes. It does not have to be divided evenly.

ESSENTIAL / ILLUSTRATIVE MONTH4 deliverables · 20 units
7-page client proposal1 request · 7 units
5-page executive report1 request · 5 units
4-page SOP1 request · 4 units
4-slide management brief1 request · 4 units

Use the shared capacity where you need it. A single 20-page report can instead use 1 request and all 20 output units; three request slots would remain, but no standard output capacity would remain that month.

Request capacity and output capacity are independent. Using the full page/slide pool does not require using every available request.

FORMAL REQUEST RULEOne request = one finished business deliverable with one defined objective.

The length of the assignment does not multiply the request count. Shared monthly output capacity still applies.

3-page proposal1 request · 3 units40-page report1 request · 40 units60-slide presentation1 request · 60 units10 separate reports10 requests

Multiple source files used to build one deliverable do not create extra requests. A PDF export and editable/native version of the same underlying deliverable remain one request. A materially separate audience, objective or finished deliverable may be another request. The monthly output pool is flexible—it does not have to be divided evenly between requests.

Shared monthly production capacityOne finished document page or one presentation slide counts as one unit of standard monthly output capacity.

Both the finished-deliverable request limit and the shared output-capacity limit apply. Distribute the pool across your requests as the work requires.

Enterprise / Custom

Requirements beyond Document Department.

Custom capacity, larger authorized teams, white-label production, higher concurrency, custom workflows or specialized service requirements.

Monthly plans renew automatically each month until canceled.

Cancel before your next renewal charge is processed to stop future charges. Current-period fees and unused request/output capacity are generally non-refundable and do not roll over. See Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

FAQ

What buyers usually want to know.

The core operating rules are summarized here. Full Terms and policies are linked in the pricing section and footer.

Send whatever useful material you already have—notes, drafts, emails, PDFs, Word files, presentations, spreadsheets, raw data, research, images, screenshots, branding, prior documents, examples and written instructions. You do not need to clean everything up first.

Monument creates professional business deliverables including proposals, reports, SOPs, executive materials, presentations, dashboards, research briefs, print-ready files and other structured business communication. “Document” does not mean PDF-only. Output depends on the assignment and may include professional PDFs, editable Word-compatible documents, PowerPoint-compatible presentations, print-ready files and other appropriate digital or editable formats.

One request equals one finished business deliverable with one defined objective. A request is the finished assignment—not an individual page, edit or source file. Length does not determine the request count: a 100-page report is still one request, and a 60-slide presentation is still one request; each page or slide still uses the plan’s shared monthly output capacity. Ten separate deliverables are ten requests. Multiple source files used to create one deliverable do not create additional requests. A PDF export and editable/native version of the same underlying deliverable remain one request.

Monthly plans include both a request allowance and a shared pages/slides allowance. Both apply. The monthly output pool is flexible and does not have to be divided evenly between requests. Business includes 10 requests and 60 shared pages/slides: a 40-page report uses one request and 40 units, leaving nine requests and 20 output units. Unused requests and unused output capacity do not roll over.

Yes. Length does not by itself create additional requests. A large report or presentation can remain one request, but it must fit within the remaining monthly pages/slides capacity. Larger, research-heavy, data-heavy or unusually complex assignments may receive a confirmed timeline after review.

Paid Demo: typically 1–2 business days once production-ready. Essential: 3–5. Business: 2–4. Document Department: highest normal scheduling priority, typically 2–5 business days for standard production-ready requests. Turnaround begins when payment is complete, required source materials are received, instructions are sufficiently complete, and no material unanswered question is blocking production. Published turnaround refers to initial delivery.

Paid Demo and Essential include one revision round per deliverable; Business includes up to two; Document Department includes up to three. Included revisions follow initial delivery, and timing depends on the extent of the requested changes.

No. Monument is designed to work asynchronously through the website, email, written requests and shared file links where appropriate.

Professional tools, including AI where appropriate, may assist research, drafting, analysis or production. Final work is reviewed, edited, designed and quality-controlled as part of the service. Monument sells the finished service—not access to an AI tool.

Essential, Business and Document Department renew automatically each month until canceled. Subscribers can manage billing information, payment methods, view billing/invoice history, and cancel future renewal through Monument’s Stripe-hosted Customer Portal, or cancel by emailing samuel@monumentdocuments.com before the next recurring charge is processed. No phone call, meeting, explanation, or retention conversation is required. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and stops future renewal charges. For email cancellation, the request is received when it reaches Monument’s designated cancellation email before renewal; Monument will confirm it in writing. If a valid email request arrives before renewal but a Monument administrative delay causes the renewal charge to process, Monument will refund that renewal charge. Current-period fees and unused capacity are generally non-refundable and do not roll over, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
